From the moment we were picked up at the airport the customer service was excellent. Our transportation included a intimate ride in a Lincoln Navigator to the beautiful resort. Entering we were a amazed how elegant and intimate the resort was and the dedicated time to keep its beauty.

Excellence was BEAUTIFUL! The rooms were very clean and tidy, and seemed to be refurbished within the last few years. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. With so many options of dining, recreation, activities, and excursions there was a surprise around every corner.
We were excited to receive the amenities of the"Excellence Club" like champagne breakfast in bed & the romantic dinner (with chosen menu,personal waiters, etc) all included in the package! It was a great honeymoon - Thank you again L&K
